After looking over this list mark the things that you are not grateful for

Why are you not grateful for these things?

Is there anything about these things that you can be grateful for?

For instance if you thought “I’m not grateful for ALL of my past relationships” then you might say…. ” Well I really did learn patience from them, and I would not be a patient person without ALL of my past relationships.” At that point you could be grateful for your past relationships.

The point is to find gratitude in everything that happens, and to find areas where you are still holding some sort of grudge or negativity. Then transform that negativity into gratitude

this can be very powerful in your life.
